How do you collect the data, and how often does it update?

We run your tracked prompts against each AI engine on a regular schedule and analyze the responses for mentions, citations, and sentiment. You can add or edit prompts anytime, refresh on demand, and watch the results update in your dashboard.

Yes to both. Agencies can manage multiple client sites from one workspace, and our API gives you programmatic access to your visibility, citation, and crawl data.

What kind of support do you offer?
