How do I connect Encited MCP?

Open the Encited MCP page, pick Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Lovable, and follow the steps. Sign in to Encited when the browser opens. No API keys to copy.

Do I need an Encited account to use the MCP?

Yes. The MCP connects your agent to your own sites, prompts and data in Encited, so you sign up first, then approve the connection when your client asks you to sign in.

It tracks your brand's visibility across AI answers and search results, then helps you act on it with keyword research, content gaps and ideas, content creation, off-site citation suggestions, technical SEO, and pre-rendering for crawlability. Which AI engines and search results do you track?

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Grok, alongside traditional Google results. For each one you see where your brand is mentioned, how you stack up against competitors, and which sources the answer cites. Which engines you can track depends on your plan. Agency and above add Claude and Grok; subscriptions from before the Agency repricing keep Claude but not Grok.

How do you collect the data, and how often does it update?

We run your tracked prompts against each AI engine on a regular schedule and analyze the responses for mentions, citations, and sentiment. You can add or edit prompts anytime, refresh on demand, and watch the results update in your dashboard.

Can I track competitors?

Yes. Add the competitors that matter in your market and compare visibility and share of voice, see which prompts they win that you don't, and find the sources getting them cited.

Do you show the sources and sentiment behind each answer?
