Yes. Any client side rendered (CSR) applications are supported.

Can I still use my AI builder (Lovable, Base44, GHL AI Studio, etc.) to ship and iterate on my site?

Yes. You can keep using your AI builder as usual. Encited (formerly LovableHTML) will not touch your existing codebase and everything will continue to work as before.

Does it affect my site's tracking?

No, no part of your site is modified. Encited only serves pre-rendered HTML to crawlers/AI agents and unmodified version to human visitors. Your site's tracking will continue to work as usual.

Does this work with Lovable, Base44, GHL AI Studio, Rocket.new, Bolt.new, Replit and other AI website builders?

Yes, Encited is platform agnostic and works with website or tech stack you are using.

Does this work for my custom React, Angular website?

Yes. Encited works with website or framework you are using. We have proxy based and API based solutions for you to choose from.

Does this make my site readable by ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other AI tools?

Yes. Once set up, any crawler that navigates your site programmatically will receive pre-rendered HTML of your pages. So they will be able to read your content and respond.

Will my website be down during the setup?

No. DNS changes can be done without bringing your site down. You will be working with a clear, step-by-step instructions that will guide you to set up pre-rendering with no downtime.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Pay annually and get 2 months free on any plan. All annual plans can be canceled anytime - you'll be refunded for unused months at the regular monthly rate.

What happens if I cancel my annual plan?

You'll be refunded for the unused portion of your plan. We calculate the months you've used at the regular monthly price and refund the difference. For example, if you're on Essential annual ($492/year) and cancel after 4 months, we calculate 4 x $49 = $196 used, and refund you $296. No questions asked.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes. You can switch to annual anytime and start saving immediately. If you want to switch from annual to monthly, your annual plan is prorated and any remaining balance — minus the original payment processing fee — is refunded to your card.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

What's included in the free trial?

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial with full access to all features in that tier. No charge if you cancel before the trial ends.

What happens to my settings if I cancel?

We will keep pre-rendering and serving your site's traffic until the end of your billing cycle. Once it ends, we will stop both pre-rendering and serving your site's traffic and clear your data.

What's the difference between Basic and Essential?

Basic is for a single site with monthly audits and pre-rendering. Essential adds 3 sites, on-demand audits, AI Citation Tracking across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity, plus weekly content suggestions. If AI search visibility matters to you, Essential is where that lives.

How many renders do I need?

It depends on how many pages you have and how often you refresh each snapshot. For example, a blog with 200 pages refreshing weekly uses about 200 × 4 = 800 renders/month — well within the Basic plan. An e-commerce site with 2,000 product pages refreshing daily would need 2,000 × 30 = 60,000 renders/month, which fits the Pro plan. You can monitor usage in real-time from the dashboard, and if you go over, extra renders are billed at discounted rates: $2/1,000 on Basic and Essential, $1.50/1,000 on Pro, and $1.25/1,000 on Agency.

How do you compare to Prerender.io?

Do you charge for bandwidth?

We do not charge for typical traffic and bandwidth usage. Each plan includes between 100 GB and 1 TB of bandwidth depending on your tier, which covers the vast majority of sites. If your usage consistently exceeds your plan's included bandwidth, we will reach out with recommendations to optimize your consumption — such as caching strategies or migrating to our pre-rendering API for high-traffic sites. Our team will work with you to find the best setup for your needs, not surprise you with overage fees.

Do you offer refunds on monthly plans?

Monthly plans can be canceled anytime. You won't be charged for the next cycle. We don't offer partial refunds on monthly billing since you can cancel before your next renewal at any time.

How does it work, again?

Encited pre-renders your site into plain, crawler-friendly HTML. We sit between your website and your visitors, and serve the pre-rendered HTML to SEO bots/AI agents and unmodified version to human visitors. You can continue using your AI website builder to continue making changes without SEO trade-offs.

Does it affect my email configuration?

No. Only A records (or CNAME for subdomains) are added or updated. Your MX, DKIM, SPF, and all other email-related records are never touched.

I updated my DNS records but it still shows 'needs update'

DNS propagation can take anywhere from 5 minutes to a few hours depending on your current TTL value. Your site stays up during this time — it just isn't connected to Encited yet. You can track propagation status at whatsmydns.com.

My domain is verified but site is not loading

It's most likely a stale DNS cache on your browser, machine or router and your site is actually loading. Try visiting your site in incognito mode or on a different device to verify. More details: https://encited.com/docs/guides/site-not-loading.

Is it safe? How about security?

It has no security downside. Think of Encited as CDN with a pre-rendering feature. It only listens to GET requests made programmatically (by bots), to your pages defined in your sitemap and static assets only. When your site is loaded in a web browser, traffic is routed back to your origin at proxy layer which is handled by Cloudflare. No data from real browser sessions will ever reach our servers.

What kind of support do you offer?

Unlike our competitors, I will not put you through AI Chatbots or support tickets. It will be direct email support from myself. Usually requests are resolved within 1-2 hours of receiving the request or next business day.
